The risk factors set out below are a summary of the risks applicable to Single Callable ELI. Please refer to the sections headed "Risk Factors" in the Information Memorandum and the Product Booklet for Callable ELI, both dated 20 November 2007 and the relevant Term Sheet for further information on the relevant risks.

Investment in Macquarie ELI Products involves substantial risks including market risk, liquidity risk, risk that investors will be unable to transfer the ELI Products before maturity, and risk that Macquarie Structured Products Asia Limited (being the Issuer) and Macquarie Bank Limited (being the Guarantor) will be unable to satisfy their obligations under the ELI Products and the Guarantee. Investors should ensure that they understand the nature of all these risks before making a decision to invest in ELI Products.
Investors may receive the underlying Security at maturity with a value substantially less than the Nominal Value. Accordingly, investors should only invest in Single Callable ELI over underlying Security which they wish to own, or own more of.
If the Distribution Rate in respect of a Distribution Period is fixed, the Distribution Amount for that Distribution Period is payable if and only if the Closing Price of the underlying Security is at or above the Distribution Strike Price as of the relevant Distribution Valuation Date.
If the Distribution Rate in respect of a Distribution Period is a variable rate, the Distribution Amount for that Distribution Period will be calculated by reference to the daily performance of the underlying Security in that Distribution Period. If the Closing Price of the underlying Security is below the specified level on every Business Day in that Distribution Period, no Distribution Amount is payable for that Distribution Period.
